This is our only herbal tisane with apple in it, making it sweeter and often easier to drink for some people who don't like overly herby sleep tisanes.
Ingredients
Chamomile, silver lime flowers, apple, rose petals, sweet blackberry leaves, chicory root, acidifier (E330), lavender, rosemary, cornflower petals, natural and artificial flavouring.
Enjoy hot on its own, before bed in your favourite mug.
Store in a cool, dry place.
